Lena Lindley: What we do to get a property is build relationships with agents on the ground. We’re not just a person walking in on the street, and they’re not just going to get one sale out of us. When we are building relationships with agents on the ground, they are going to send us more property, off-market property, property that are there’s issues with, or that there’s vendors that want to sell, or situations where property needs to sell straight away.
We have those relationships on the ground that gives us much more access to property then you’re, then anyone else who’s looking on realestate.com. That’s walking into an agency and asking what is available. We have much more pull.
