After going it alone on my first 2 properties and hitting unexpected road blocks, I thought it was time to try Pure Property. From the start the whole team were amazingly proactive and friendly to work with. When the time came to pull the trigger on a purchase the PPI team delivered a deal $40K under market value and negotiated a further $12K of works (new carpets, painting, gardening etc) to be completed before settlement. I'll be looking to use PPI for all future investments and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next investment property.

They did very well to negotiate in what was at the time a red hot market and most importantly they selected a property that wasn't a dump and was in a really great area & location with strong indicators and fundamentals.
